Sometimes a simple solution is the best way to solve a complicated problem. Plywood variations require test fitting when it comes to CNC based plywood joinery. Skip all those measurements and use the Plywood Thickness Tester instead. But, here’s the thing: the only way you can make one is with a CNC. For that you’ll need to download the DXF or Rhino3D files and program to make the cuts for the slots with a .250″ bit. The PDF file is for labeling the thickness tester.
All files and plans are as is and come without instructions, CNC programming or project support.
